How long will I wait when submitting a contract application for a worker?
If the worker provider is available, the contract will be made directly and received within 72 – 48 hours as a maximum.
To make sure that the workers will not use the mobile phone while working, can I keep the worker's phone with me and give it when they ask?
We have notified all of our workers provider to not use the mobile phone during work time and the customer is not entitled to take the worker’s mobile.
Do I have the right to search the resident wprker's mobile phone in case of suspicion?
It is not permissible to search on the workers phone, and in case of suspicion, you can request assistance from us through RAHA communication channels .
When does the calculation of the service period start?
The service starts from the date of receiving the driver after contracting
What are the procedures followed by if there is a suspected case of disease?
In the event that there is any suspicion of symptoms, the workers are transferred to accredited hospitals that are subject to the supervision of the Ministry of Health to carry out the necessary remedial measures
How can I return back the worker to the Raha?
You can return back the worker provider if there is a need to do that, for your nearest resident for the workers (terms and conditions applied)
Can I request to return back the worker from my home?
We are happy to receive the worker from the customer to nearest residence to your area, and you can identify the nearest residence by contacting us through Raha communication channels.
In the case of a worker provider replacement, how long will I wait for a replacement worker provider?
Raha is committed to providing based on what is showing in the contract policies , and in the event that it is not available, the nationality will be changed or the contract will be canceled without fees for either party.
Are the contracts renewable?
Yes, you can renew the contract at any time during the contract period, knowing that if the contract ends without you taking action to renew the contract or hand over the labor, the contract will be renewed automatically.
How do I guarantee a quick response to my inquiry?
To ensure a speedy response, contact us during the working hours of the Customer Service Center daily from 7:00am until 10:00pm
How do I deal with the worker provider refuses to work?
When the worker provider refuses to work , contacted with RAHA to solve the problem.
What is the rest hours for the worker provider?
The worker provider rest hours as mentioned in the contract (9 Hours per day)
Do I have to give the worker provider a day off ?
Yes, there is a one day off for the worker provider as it is mentioned in the contract
In the case that the official documents of worker provider, such as (iqama / license / passport), have expired or are close to completion, what should I do?

If the worker provider escapes, what should I do?
Inform us immediately with the case and the time of runaway
In case the worker provuder stole, how do I deal with the situation? Who will compensate me for the stolen goods?
In the case that the worker provider steals, a complaint must submit by the customer against the worker provider to the competent authorities, and you must notify us of this in respect of compensation. Please refer back to terms of the contract.
Is there a penalty clause if the contract is broken by both parties?
The customer has the right to cancel the contract and the return of the cost deducted from it, equivalent to the period spent by the worker provider at work.
How do I receive the remaining amount after canceling the contract?
In the case that you cancel the contract, the amount will be transferred to your account only, and a check will not be issued for the amount, and In the event of an objection, the customer raises a request or complaint through the application, WhatsApp, or official communication channels.
What are the payment methods provided by Raha?
We provide in Raha various and easy payment methods, as our customers can pay through:
1-Sadad service(Sadad Number -Smasco 167)
2-Monthly payment (OLP)
3-Using the Electronic Cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Mada)

How can I know the discounts and offers for RAHA services?
In Raha we offer many special discounts and surprises to our customers, and you can benefit from them, by following us through our social media channels or through the notifications in RAHA application
What is the minimum salary to benefit from the services?
It depends on the value of the contract or the down payment and monthly and based on your abilities

What are my responsibilities towards the Raha muqeema worker provider?
Respecting the worker provider as an assistant to the family and providing suitable housing equipped with living tools and personal hygiene tools with appropriate air conditioning.
How is the salary calculated for the workers provider?
The worker provider salary is calculated from the date of arrival until the end of the Gregorian month 30.
I would like to have a worker provider or a driver who speak other than English, is that possible?

Do I have to be married to benefit from your services?

What is the age required to be able to use the service?
The age of the client is not less than 18 years (for a man / woman), and for a man a woman must be in the house.

Is it possible to submit more than one request to benefit from you services at the same time?
If another request was raised to confirm the old one, there is no need for that, but if another request was raised with the intention of benefiting from another service, then there is no objection to that.
I want to bring a married driver and worker provider, and the worker provider will stay at home and the driver will reside in a workers' residence near the house. Is this a problem or a violation?
In case if this request available then related terms & conditions will be clarified
I will contract for a worker provider according to the currently available nationality, but if a worker provider from my preferred nationality is available for contracting , can I change the contract?
Yes, it is possible, and the contract will be upgraded, and the customer will bear the difference in the amount
Does the cost increase as experience increases ?
The cost is based on the years of experience.
I want a nanny service to follow up on my daughter in school and to go with her to the doctor appointment . How much does it cost?
Taking care of children is one of the main tasks of the personal assistance, and prices vary according to nationality and contract period
Are the workers under Raha sponsorship or me?
depending on the chosen service, where we provide packages with the leasing system, so the workers provider sponsorship is on Raha, and there are packages that we offer that the worker sponsorship are transferred to the customer
In case of mistakes or mis behavior from the worker provider what is the specific period to inform Raha?
Raha must be informed of any misbehavior or violations immediately.
Is it possible to contract on more than one worker provider?
Yes, you can contract the appropriate number of workers provider for your needs
I do not want the workers provider to adhere to a certain uniform, can I specify what they wear?
you can, but it is recommended to wear the work uniform.
What is the procedure, if I want to take the worker provider with me for Hajj or Umrah?
When the worker wants to go ( Hajj ) or ( Umrah ) will be based on the agreement with the customer , and it is required to gain governmental permission to register to campaign , also it requires issue permission to enter Makkah before Hajj period to the end of the Hajj by contacting with the customer service before 5 days to avoid the delay
What are the features of services that make Raha special from others?
The service features are as follows:
The total contract value does not include the worker’s salary only, but includes the following services:
1- Costs of recruitment fees
2- Government fees costs
3- Labor salaries
4- Iqama
5- Travel visas
6- Return tickets
7- End of service benefits.
8- Medical insurance is one of the largest insurance companies in the Kingdom
9- The worker is trained in domestic work.
10- Guarantee of replacement throughout the contract period in the case of: refusal to work, runaway, sickness ,Death, unprofessionalism
what is the procedure if I did not receive the worker provider on time
You must recevie the worker provider at the time shown in message, and if you late terms of the contract will be applied
What if the replacement worker provider is delayed for me according to the agreed time? Will I will be compensated?
The customer has the right to cancel the contract and return of the cost deducted from it, which is equivalent to the period spent by the worker provider at work.
Does RAHA provide a sim card and a mobile device for each worker provider?
Yes, RAHA provides a mobile sim with a mobile device , in order to communicate with the worker when needed, while maintaining customer privacy
In case if worker provider pregnancy's, what is the procedure?
If their was a pregnancy, please notify RAHA immediately, and the worker provider will undergo a medical examination to find out when this happened, and depending in the result we will take action
Can I have a married worker provider and driver but on condition of no pregnant... is it possible to put this condition?
In the case of married, you cannot put this condition, and in the case of this happened we replace the female worker provider only
In case of worker sickness, what is the procedure ?

What should I do in the case of worker provider death?
In the case of the death of a worker provider at his workplace
The customer must inform Raha immediately.
How can I speak to the executive management?
Please contact one of RAHA’s communication channels, and a request to speak with the supervisor will be raised and the request will be followed up with the customer

Our customers can choose the preferred handover method, as we provide delivery of worker provider to the customers house, or to receive it from the nearest residence for workers provider
On the workers provider day off , can I let them go out of the house on thier own, or go out with me, or spend the day in house?
the workers can benefit from the day off inside the house or outside the house with the customer ( after agreement ) and the workers can not go out from the house and the customer will be responsible about the workers after receiving them
#Marenah manqoula
What is Marenah manqoula package?
It is a package that allows the customer to test the resident domestic worker for15 days before transferring her sponsorship from the Raha to the customer sponsorship and the transfer should be happened within this period
What nationalities are available in Marenah Manqoula package?

What is the available contract period for Marenah Transfer package?
Contracting period is 15 days and the customer should request the transfer within this period after agreeing with the worker on the salary , by raising transfer request from Raha app by press on (Transferring Sponsorship Request Button) in the customer contract page.
What are the features offered by Marenah Manqoula package?
Marenah Manqoula package provides you with a number of features, the most important of which are immediate delivery within 48 hours – medically fit labor – the experience of the worker’s performance before transferring her sponsorship

What is twast service?
It is a service provided by Raha to make the procedures for bringing domestic workers under the client’s sponsorship more easier

What is the private chauffeur service?
It is a services witch allow to the customer to contract for a qualified and trained private driver with Saudi driving license. RAHA provides this service with multiple nationalities that suit your needs. The driver will also be resident with you with a guarantee of replacement throughout the contract period.
What are the nationalities available for hiring a private driver?

What are the requirements for hiring a private driver?
1- The customer must authorize the driver to drive the cars.
2- Carry out comprehensive insurance for the car that driver is driving.
In case of traffic accidents, God forbid, who will bear the costs?
In the case that the driver is at fault, he bears a maximum value of 750 riyals in return for opening a case with the insurance company, provided that the car is covered by comprehensive insurance.
Who will bear the costs of traffic violations?
If it is proven that the driver has violated the traffic rules, he will bear the cost of the violation, but you must communicate with RAHA within 10 days of the date of the violation and provide the necessary reports to prove the driver’s fault.

What is the resident housemaid service?
One of Raha service where be provide, a trained and qualified housemaid, with multiple nationalities that suits your needs and to take care of your house
The housemaid will be resident with you ,with a guarantee of replacement throughout the contract period as per the contract terms.

Are childcare and cooking one of Muqeema Housemaid tasks ?
The housmaid tasks are doing housework: cleaning, cleaning the yard, removing dust, ironing clothes, washing, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen, hospitality services, and other required work.
Help in cooking.
Keep your accommodation clean and tidy.
Perform the required work according to your instructions inside and outside the house which does not contravene the terms of the contract.
Taking care of your matters while you’re out of the house.
No issue to take care of children and cooking in case there is agreement between the customer and the worker.
I visit my mother's house, my sister, my brother, my friend ... etc., constantly and spend nearly two days a week and my householder refuse to work in their house ?
The worker accompanies the housewife and it is not her right to refuse to work without acceptable justification.
I don't want the housemaid to have a mobile phone with Camera, Is there any problem in that?
Muqeemah workers carry mobile devices with camera to facility the communication with their relatives , if the worker misused the device kindly inform Raha to take an

What is a personal assistance service?
It is a service provided by Raha to assist patients, elderly, childerin and pregnat ladys in facilitating of daily life matters such as eating / changing clothes / changing bedding / helping bathing.

Can personal help measure vital signs?
Yes, but after providing modern equipment and with the approval of the attending physician.
Can personal assistant cook?

There are two periods of hourly based house cleaner service that can be contracted, which are morning and evening.
Can I change visiting times from morning to evening?
Yes, but depending on the type of package, the contracted package has powers, and it’s as follows.
Basic package: Change takes place 72 hours before the visit
Standard package: Change takes place 48 hours before the visit
Flexible package: Change takes place 24 hours before the visit

Postponing the visit 4 hours ahead of schedule if the package is flexible

Can I change my home address?
Yes, but it depends on the type of package.
You can change the address through the Raha app
72 hours prior to the visit for the basic package for free for the first time
And 48 hours before the visit for the Standard package for free for the first two times
And 24 hours before the visit, the flexible package is free for the first two times
And when you want to change the address again, you can do so for a fee. The method of changing the address through Raha application is as follows: After entering the contract, “Information” is selected, an option will appear for you and next to it the word “Change” is selected and completed.
The current address, the required steps, and the determination of the appropriate location. The validity of the contract and the time specified for modifying the location for each package must be taken into account
