    • Workers are entitled to one month’s pay as an end-of-service benefit for every four consecutive years of employment with the same employer, in line with labor laws.
  • Paid Vacation for Contract Renewal
    • After completing two years of continuous service, workers are entitled to a one-month paid vacation if their contract is renewed.
  • Repatriation Expenses
    • Upon termination of the contract, employers are responsible for covering the cost of repatriating the domestic worker to their home country.
